Terms & Conditions

1. All medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of registration and ensure any necessary medication is brought along to each session.
2. Our sessions are inclusive to all children, therefore if your child requires any additional support please ensure to inform us prior to booking in order to discuss how best to accommodate your child.
3. We are unable to provide one to one support throughout the group sessions. If your child does require one to one support please head over to our 1-2-1 booking page for more information.
4. It is the parents/guardian responsibility to ensure all emergency contact information & child details are up to date at all times.
5. All NEW children are offered 1 trial classes for just £4.50. Please be advised that this only applies to new children and does not apply to those who take a gap period and return.
6. We are unable to issue refunds or credit for any missed classes.
7. Please ensure if you wish to cancel a subscription plan or put your plan on hold that this is done before the next due payment. All cancellations must be made prior to the 1st of the month in writing to office.sportsattackacademy@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued for subscription's cancelled after the 1st of the month. Your child will continue to receive full access to the remaining classes in that month and any further payments going forward will be cancelled.
8. If for any reason a session has been cancelled, this will be reflected in your next monthly subscription.
9. Please be aware if your payment fails the 3 separate attempts and we have received no communication from yourself, you will be liable for an additional £5 admin fee.
10. Please Note: A late fee of £3.50 will be charged for any child collected later than 10 mins, with a further £3.50 added for every 10 minutes thereafter.
